The intention of Essential Leadership and Career Coaching is to remind you of who you are, your truths, your unique gifts and your purpose, preparing you to be deployed into a world of service as a resource. The way we “get there” is through Soul Chats™
We will take these journeys together, experientially, through dialogues with our souls, helping us discover or remember what we KNOW to be true.
The “truths” we discover will not necessarily be the same for any two people. The answers are as unique and individual as there are people – as we each have experienced our own truths through our own lives. However, discovering our own truth is critical because it grounds us. KNOWING why we are here and what gifts we came to use, is akin to a soldier being deployed to a specific detail. Our life experiences, like boot camp training, begins to make sense as to what we have been preparing to do. Life begins to show us a pattern of experiences, coincidences, people coming into our lives that we need in order to fulfill our purpose. We become spiritual warriors, courageous in every step forward KNOWING we are fulfilling our purpose.
In the Boot Camps, we will challenge you. We will “work” the sensitive heart, the spiritual soul, those “places” that ache and are most sensitive to light. The intent is that by KNOWING why you are here, the challenges will strengthen and prepare you and give you confidence. Perhaps you will forgive yourself due to a new understanding of what you had to learn, discovering what you TRULY BELIEVE and INTUITIVELY KNOW from your relationship with what you believe to be God; what to leave, what to grow, who can help you, who you can help and how.
Soul Chats™ are our tools for dialogue that are designed to help us become Aware, Engaged, Compassionate and Activated. No judgment is allowed. No closed minds….like guns, you can check them at the door. You will be in an emotionally safe harbor, with people ready to embrace whatever answer you discern for yourself.
These are discussions where the Soul chats with itself and with others to discover divine answers. But whatever your questions are, the answer is always LOVE and ready for you to use it to serve the world.
